Your registration is considered confirmed only after successful form submission and/or payment (if applicable). If payment is required, your spot is not guaranteed until the payment has been received and acknowledged.
Event details, including venue, timings, and any relevant updates, will be shared with you via WhatsApp, email, or other contact information provided at the time of registration. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate and up to date.
Entry may be restricted or refused if registration details are incomplete, inaccurate, or found to be misleading.
This event is a curated networking space primarily for women entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners. The organizers may prioritize or restrict participation to maintain the intended focus of the event.
Attendees are expected to participate with genuine intent to connect, collaborate, and grow. This includes engaging in conversations, sharing insights, and being open to building meaningful professional relationships.
Any form of inappropriate behavior, solicitation, or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event, without any obligation on the organizers to provide a refund or alternate arrangement.
All participants, speakers, partners, and organizers are to be treated with respect at all times. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
This is a growth-focused environment. Attendees are encouraged to maintain a positive, open-minded, and non-judgmental attitude throughout the event.
To support meaningful interactions, attendees are requested to avoid excessive phone usage during sessions and conversations.
Hard selling, spamming, or forceful pitching of products or services is strongly discouraged. Please focus on building relationships rather than pushing sales.
If the event includes a paid registration, all payments are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking or in official event communication.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations by the attendee, except where required by applicable law or clearly communicated as part of a special policy.
In the event of rescheduling, your registration will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, any alternatives or credits (if offered) will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, or format if required due to operational, safety, or other practical considerations.
The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to health advisories, venue issues, or other force majeure situations.
Participants will be informed of any such changes in advance, using the contact information provided at the time of registration, wherever reasonably possible.
Photos, videos, and other media content may be captured during the event for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes.
By attending the event, you consent to the use of your images, videos, voice, or likeness by IWW and its associated partners, in any promotional or marketing material, online or offline, without any additional approval, notice, or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The organizers are not responsible for the safety or security of your personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables and keep them with you at all times during the event.
While reasonable effort will be made to ensure a smooth experience, the organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or unforeseen incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event, except where required by applicable law.
Attendees are solely responsible for their own decisions, conversations, and business outcomes that may arise from interactions at the event.

Any collaborations, transactions, partnerships, or business decisions formed during or after the event are solely between the participants involved. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement or financial commitment.
The organizers are not liable for any outcomes—positive or negative—arising from such engagements, including but not limited to financial loss, reputational impact, or contractual disputes.
The organizers reserve the right to deny, restrict, or revoke entry to any individual at their sole discretion, particularly if the person’s behavior, intent, or conduct is deemed to be misaligned with the purpose, safety, or decorum of the event.
